Do I also get additional insurance?

Yes, as an Annanow courier you can benefit from additional insurance options and offers (e.g. large fleet discount on vehicle insurance).

What happens if a customer is not at home?

In the case of personal delivery, the parcel must be handed over personally to the recipient. If the recipient is not at home, in the office or not available, the parcel must be returned to the shop. In the case of a non-personal delivery, the courier can also deposit the goods in front of the door, in person or to the neighbour.

Where can I deliver to?

The distance of a delivery also depends on your chosen transport method. Our algorithm calculates (with your transport method) that the delivery does not take longer than one hour.

Where do you want me to pick up the parcels?

The staff of the respective shop will be happy to show you where to pick up the deliveries.

Which means of transport do I have to use for the deliveries?

Where’s the courier supposed to pick up the package?

Ideally you setup a pick-up station right at the entrance. Instant delivery also requires efficient provision of the goods. A courier should not have to search long for the products to be delivered.

What is the maximum weight of a parcel?

The maximum weight of a parcel is 30Kg

How can I enter an order?

If you don’t have an online shop, you can easily enter an order in our weborder tool or in our app. We have created tutorial videos for you that you can access in the tool. Link to Shop register page

How should I pack the goods?

The products must be packed for transport and according to your needs. You are responsible for packaging the products to suit your needs. In addition, there has been a new packaging law in Germany since the beginning of 2019. You can read more about it here.

How can I deliver parcels? What do I need to consider?

To be able to deliver packages, you need to install the Annanow Postman App on your phone.
If there are deliveries for couriers in your area, you will receive a push message on your mobile phone. The push message will take you to the app where you can see some details about the delivery. If the delivery suits you, you can accept it and must complete it.
The app will take you to the pick-up point (shop) where you can pick up the package using a verification code. The app will then take you to the recipient, where you will again receive a verification code to complete the delivery. You will receive this verification code from the recipient.

How do I get orders?

You will be informed via pushnews from the Annanow App.

Do I have to be 18 years old?

To be able to deliver packages to Annanow, you must confirm (we will verify) that you are 18 years old.

What happens if I’m late?

If you deliver your shipments too late, this will have a negative effect on your delivery time. In extreme cases, this will result in no more deliveries being displayed to you.

Are the goods insured during transport?

Yes, the products are insured during transport. The verification codes confirm that you have accepted the goods and delivered them correctly.

How many packages can I send?

With Annanow, you can freely choose the method of transport. The number of packages you can send also depends on the transport method you choose. (For example, a cyclist may only take 1 package of 5kg each, while a station wagon can carry several packages of 30kg each.

You can also choose a transporter if there is really a lot to transport (but this can lead to additional costs).

How will I be informed about an instant delivery?

When Annanow is integrated into your online shop, the customer will see the possibility of immediate delivery during checkout if he is within the immediate delivery radius, the products are available and your shop is open.
As soon as your customer completes the checkout with Annanow, you will receive a message that an instant delivery has been requested. The selected products must now be prepared at the pick-up point.
A courier will pick up the products and deliver them to the recipient in about 10-15 minutes.

My online shop is based on a common e-commerce software. Can I offer instant delivery?

Yes, we have developed plugins for some common e-commerce shop systems. For example for Magento 1, Magento 2 and Shopify.

Can I integrate Annanow into my systems?

Yes, our API is simple and open. We are happy to help you with the integration. The Annanow Instant Delivery option will be displayed in your online store as an additional delivery option.

Are my parcels insured?

Yes, with us all packages are generally insured for transport by our international insurance partner. Our system suggests the optimal type of insurance and its premium. However, you can override them to tailor them to your needs. Deliveries with a value in excess of CHF 100’000 can also be insured, but please contact us in advance so that we can calculate the additional costs.

Can I have something picked up, too?

Yes, we also offer a pick-up service. With this service you can easily have goods delivered to you. For example B2B transfers.

What advantages do I have with Annanow?

With Annanow you gain more customers because your available products can be delivered immediately. Your customers will be informed transparently about each delivery and can even follow it live on the map. Your customers can freely determine the delivery times. Your customers are and remain your customers,  they are even more likely to use your online shop after an integration. How can I receive payments “at a distance”?

We can easily provide you with a payment option. You can use it to send payment links to your customers via e-mail or SMS. As soon as everything is paid, you can send the goods. This way you can be sure that you will be paid for your products and deliveries.
